As with everything in life - it's all about equilibrium. And the amount of usage. As much as the mobile phones has made live easier for us, this technology is like an invisble leash - and having the capacity to enslave us too. Reaching people at all times, everywhere and even having the technology of locating them leads to 100% human connectivity - But then again, one has the free will to make use of the "off" button.
