Takashi Kiuchi: I like the entire world to know that nature does not need us. Nature has a perfect design to be sustainable. It is people who destroy the sustainability. I would like everybody to know that people are their natural enemy. Nature is happy if it doesn't have us. And we should know that. It is people who creates all kinds of problems in nature.

Tania Bruguera: What would it be? I think it would be to learn to love well. To learn how to love and to learn it well. Not to be afraid of oneself, not to be afraid of what might be felt and not to be afraid of being vulnerable. I think that if there's something beautiful in life, that's a vulnerable human being. A vulnerable person is one of the strongest things that can exist in the world. I think that a person is strong when he/she is vulnerable because it is a strength impossible to fight against. It is something that comes from very inside, that comes from the center of one's energy and you can not fight against it. It is a battle in which nobody can win you. And well, nothing else, just not to be afraid of being vulnerable.

Tavis Smiley: Love wins. Love wins. Love wins. It doesn’t always happen overnight. It takes time. But you have to love anyway, give anyway, sacrifice anyway, serve anyway. In the end, love wins. Love wins. Love wins. Love wins. That’s it.

Thenmozhi Soundararajan: I think that if I had one piece of knowledge I would give to the world, it would be about the importance of listening and checking your assumptions. As someone who’s mostly invisible in a lot of the places that I go, as a woman of color and someone who looks very young, it’s amazing what I’ve been able to learn by using that place of invisibility as a place of power. Because of the assumptions people have about me, I can actually go and maneuver in a lot of places because I am unseen. The kinds of stories and people that I have been able to bear witness to and hold has really changed my own perspective, changed my own world frame, and really challenged me and made me to grow. I think that in engaging in a conversation like this, for me I was very hesitant because I think that - I don’t know if I’m ready to engage at a world platform at this level and to carry on a dialogue of this depth and this rigor. Because I don’t know if I know enough of what I don’t know and that may seem like a paradox. But I think that in the West, I think there is an arrogance to assume though we can address everyone’s problems without even really knowing ourselves. Part of the way that I think we really learn to know ourselves is in the mirror of other people’s stories and really, really listening. Not rushing to have a conversation where right away you are listening to someone so that you can immediately respond back to them, but really to really bear witness to someone, to listen at a point of quiet and to listen to a point of reflection. That to me has been like a profound lesson and every time that I’ve engaged in that I’ve always grown as a person. I feel now I’m at a place where I can offer some complexity to the vision of the world and I can’t wait to see who I am 20 years from now when I’ve had another 20 years of experience with that. So, for both anyone - for anyone listening, I would really encourage that using that point of assumption and invisibility in a place to really look at [audio ends]

Viviana Figueroa: What I could give to the world is the vision of my folk: The interrelation with the mother nature and to know it, to analyse the nature, to be respective. I would like to share this way because I think that this makes us strong, unique, this makes us a kind of people that conserve identity, culture and it makes us who we are. It makes our identity strong, lets us dream, work for our dreams and feel proud of it. I think all that I would like to give to the world and I wish that everyone sees this (she has a figure in her hand). It is an handcraft of my native folk: Artova of my country in argentina. The folk lives in the province: Formosa, Chaco. It is a handcraft of a hand ...... where two pigeons, one female and one male, like in our vision of equality, are in a hand of a indigene living in a harmonic way. Like the folk is living with the nature. They take just the necessary and they are respective to every human being. It is not a hand that murders animals, but the hand holds the pigeons happy and satisfied. This is the relation we have to our nature and this is what the handcraft of my brothres wants to express. I want to share all that with everyone who is living on earth and I want them to get to know parts of our culture, parts of our identity and the knowledge that in every folk, in every culture exists a world of knowledge, science and when they get to know, they will realize the profoundness.

Wim Wenders: Alright. It’s a good thing this question comes at the end of the day when everything else is said and done. What does it all boil down to after having answered ninety-nine questions? What is my ultimate single piece of knowledge I want you to know? I guess I would have given you a different answer at different stages of my life, at different ages, at the outcome of different experiences. Now at the age of sixty-one in my case, my answer is, everything you say and do in your life only matters if you do it with love and care. Anything done or said without that, without affection and enthusiasm fades away, disappears, becomes irrelevant. I can say it with the Beatles, “Love is all you need.” It makes it all worth it. Whatever you do without it, will get lost, will disappear, will fade away. "Love is all you need."

Question everything you know and doubt the basis on which you judge your and other's knowledge. Acknowledge that most of what you think you know is wrong and build from there. Wisdom is to accept that you know nothing.
