The main action that can be done, and which is easy to do, is only to communicate. Not only in a selfish way (what can be done sometime to assure self-confidence), but in a altruist way, what means most of the time anonymously, without any restriction, and in all forms of life. Including fears, our ways to learn, success and failure... The most important thing to help humanity is to consider any other human as an equal part of this humanity, all the time and everywhere.
Because inter-subjectivity is the only form of considering others and improving the world as a collective fact and creation.
It's mostly because a vast lack of communication (step by step lighten by collective action like Internet and like this website) had obscured our minds that most of the world's problems still persist or are now partly revealed (driving to fear and scepticism).
The highest leverage, which can be used by anyone not to disconnect the reality of things and feel lost in inhuman structures is communication, at any level.
