Well, the "most" alive is a hard difficult question... But I should say I'm VERY ALIVE when in contact with nature, the sun, trees, birds, flowers, butterflies and/or the sea. Also at night, with crickets, night birds and, of course, the moon. Hmmm... Do no forget when it rains, too !!!

When I'm by myself and I feel accompanied by all the wonderful people I know and that have filled my world with most special words, tiny actions, laughs and tears, and then they are there, with me, and I'm not more by myself.

there are some moments in you life, or daytime when your body/soul/mind is perfectly in harmony and you feel invincible and totaly wright! this is maybe what the buddhist call buddhithy or einglithment.... you can feel that you belong to the whole universe.... there is when you most feel alive since your life is wide as the hole universe....

i feel most alive when i am passionate. when i quake in fear of something. when i experience great sadness. when i am in a state of bliss. when there is rage. i feel less alive when there is nothing to feel one way or another about. this does not mean i am not rational or logical, only that my thoughts can trigger emotions, and vice versa.

Aliveness washes over me like a wave in the form of inspiration. Nature, absolute beauty, a lonely person, the sun. There is beauty in all situations, even the worst, and when I see that I am alive. It's like I'm feeding off of other people's emotions.

When I become conscious enough to be comfortable with the sensation of fear. When I realize fear is not my enemy, but rather a message telling me exactly how to proceed. When I move accordingly, fear becomes ecstacy. Constant, unnrelenting fear is due to lack of practice in transforming fear. Other wise you are just an addict of suffering. Before you master fear, it may help to stop whining about minor discomfort as much as you can. Take it on the achin and keep going, You can't screw this one up!
