I am guessing this is not about retirement but about promoting openness in the world. The internet has already begun promoting this. A solution that would be great is for countries to make a unified internet town hall. that students from all over the world can go onto their videocam and connect, work on projects with students in other countries. In a short amount of time we will see young people laugh at negative stereotypes of these foreign countries and get on with sharing new ideas as well as making new friends. This would be also effective if classrooms could start the day by connecting with video to another classroom in another country and ask three questions a day. Young people are smart and given the potential for sharing we will see globalization of creativity and compassion flourish.

What is in my head since i have read an article about the study credits in germany is: Why dont we make our own bank whit out interest? Lets say everyone pays a certain amount of many per month or only once. so we get an big pot of many. Now every person who has put some money in can get an credit from our bank. whether a person or organisation gets money or not depends on the members of our bank. so lets say there are 10 people in our bank and one person of them wants a certain amount of many. The 10 people will decide whether to give money to the person or not. If there are 100 people in our bank then 99 will decide ... The benefit is there are no interest for this credits. You only have to pay the credit back. If you dont pay back the next time the community will give you no money. I hope you can understand my bad English. with best regards philipp
