Potential is most often measured by your success your wealth your bank balance. To realize this one would think greed sleep greed and live a greedy lifestyle. Then you will realize your potential. Is the answer you wanted? However perhaps not, you could work as little as possible have time to properly raise your children, buy a small house live frugally and practice the religion of your choice realizing that money isn’t important, but wait a minute you would need democracy to guarantee your inalienable rights and there aren’t any. Please disregard the later part of this answer.

i think it has to beginfrom the schools children had to be learned how to protect our home cause our planet is our home this is first of all second i think we can make green day every month for example in which day we are going to plant a tree or go for a walk without our cars if we use bicycles for example we are going to have nice body and we will help to our planet think about it i want to share something that makes me feel sad everytime when i think about it it is the fallowing one day my grandfa asked me am i going to become an ecologist he added that only people without work are becoming ecologist i am telling that cause i think this way of thinking has to be changed we have to take care and we have to live togather witj our environment and that can happend if we become to study first of all the kids how to take care of there homes

The only way of becoming the "I AM" that i am is to become self-aware. This is the knowledge that is now needed. To be self-aware - the whole - means a burst of energy and by that of course of information, knowledge. All the other questions in this "summit" would be resolved quickly and easily. ....................... A system - individually or en masse - can only be changed if one takes a meta-position so to speak. It cannot be changed on the same level as it has been created. The point is however, that each individual has to undertake this self-knowledge by himself - to DO it in each moment. ......................Of course this would change everything. In the obsolete educational system, in the obsolete govern-ment, in religions and culture. A self-aware individual does not need any authorities. It is the ALL-ONE and by this naturally cooperative, but not conformable.

... for this great question being discussed at the vision summit! I think this one of the most important question in these times. some of my answers are: 1) PERMISSION and AUTHORIZATION : countries/governances are not really interested in supporting people to realize their own potential. because this means, they have to support for example individual responsibilit or autonomy. so a commitment is needed first I think. 2) the CULTURE of: "you have a great and unique potential and it*s worth it to be developed" and "your potential do not have to fit to any existing paradigm" has to be integrated. 3) the EDUCATIONAL system and the SOCIAL system (ngo and governement) should ask themselves permant: "does our action/this plan/this help really supports the development of this individual?" all activities, the action should be based on this question. 4) there are many human examples who became a "life entrepreneurs" against many resistances. they are importing because they are EXAMPLES. they could take an acitve part and show others what they learned and what they gained.
