Imagine this: You are diagnosed with a terminal disease... are you able to save yourself?! As a christian I've seen tons of people receive form God healing and restoration in their lifes in the name of Jesus Christ. There was one man on the barber one day and he was saying: "God doesn't exist, if He does why is there so much hatred, diseases, hunger in the world?!" the barber didn't reply, but as the man was walking out of the barber shop he said to him: "barbers doesn't exist" and the man replied, "how can you say that, you're here you just cut my hair man" and the barber replied, "no I don't exist, don't you see that guy in the sidewalk with long hair?" then the man said: "well his hair is long because he haven't visited the barbershop, that doesn't mean you don't exist, that means that he haven't paid you a visit" and the barber replied: "it's exactly the same way with God". If God would interfere in our lives He wouldn't be God He would be a dictator, and God's nature is love, not imposition. If you go to Genesis you will see that God said to Adan:
"26 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them RULE over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and SUBDUE it. RULE over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
God's plan was to manifest His kingdom through us, but when Adan sinned he gave his dominion and power to Satan, but God in His unconditional love sent Jesus Christ to recover that kingdom back, in Jhon 3:16 the bible states "God so loved the world that He gave His beloved Son so everyone who belives in Him shall not perish but have eternal life" there is power in Christ the Holy Spirit is sent to our hearts as we confess Christ as our Lord and Savior, He is the one who God sent to fill your heart, to restore your life to it's original state, to heal, to speak, to comfort you in such a way that nobody can do in this whole wide world. He is the missing piece in every mans heart, that's the emptiness everyone tries to fill with hatred, lust, money, pride etc. But when the Holy Spirit dwells in you, all your life begins to change, you are complete, every thing you ask the Father in Jesus name is answered because the Holy Spirit guides you in what you should ask, He knows better than you every need you have. As you see the creation of man in Genesis you will realize man was mere dust until God gave Him breath of life, that breath is the Holy Spirit and the only way to have your heart filled with Him is through Jesus Christ, who gave His life to restore our relationship with the Father. He is the way, the truth and life, nobody goes to the Father but through Him! I'm sure you've met many so called christians that live their life in such a way they disrespect Jesus name by calling themselves christians, the bible calls them wolves dressed as sheep, but I can assure you, by their fruits you shall recognize them... but trust me on this one, don't judge God by the actions of people who misrepresent Him, He is a God of love, and wants the whole world to go to Him so they can be restored and filled with His amazing grace and love, salvation is not trough deeds, is through Christ, He accomplished what nobody could, to live by the law completely and then offered Himself as an expiation sacrifice for us. We have no power in us, and there's no way we can save ourselves, we were created to beautifuly depend on Him so we have a relationship, not a dictatorship; and believe me He will provide, defend and love you in such a way you will never want to be away of Him again ;) God Bless you my friend xoxo
