Profile of Simon Retallack

Simon Retallack is Head of the Climate Change Team at the Institute for Public Policy Research, the UK's leading independent progressive think tank. He oversees ippr's Low Carbon Programme and was the lead researcher on the International Climate Change Taskforce project.

Retallack is also co-director of the Climate Initiatives Fund, a board member of Redefining Progress and an Associate of the International Forum on Globalization. Previously, Retallack was commissioning editor of The Ecologist magazine. Retallack is also the author and contributing author of numerous publications on the environment including the prize-winning book STOP.
